Sir Toby had a wonderful 50th Birthday last Nov 22, Seawind Resort, Boracay. What's important is apart from its grand scale, it was a Fund Raising Event for a Rotary Mobile Library Project, being himself, a Rotary Boracay Vice President for this year.
