Cancellation / Downpayment Policy

 

Dear Customer 

Our cancellation policy is like this:

 

More than 21 days prior to your arrival: no any cancellation fee

Until 21 days prior to your arrival: 10% cancellation fee

Until 14 days prior to your arrival: 20% cancellation fee

Until  7 days prior to your arrival: 40% cancellation fee

Until  2 days (noon time) prior to your arrival: 75% cancellation fee

Later cancellation: 100% cancellation fee

 

Our downpayment policy is like this:

Bookings with no credit card guarantee need a deposit payment of 50% upon confirmed reservation.

Bookings with credit card guarantee need NO deposit payment before arrival. 

Bookings with credit card guarantee need a Deposit Payment upon arrival of 50% of the whole ammount.

Credit card payments are subject to a payment fee. Please ask for the actual percentage upon arrival. If you pay cash this additional fee is not needed.

Any amount, given to Hotel Villa Sunset Inc. for accomodation purposes, is non-refundable under no any circumsdances.
